Personalized accelerated TMS depression treatment in Modesto targets depression and anxiety in a single focused week — even when medications have failed you. Delivered using FDA-cleared devices for depression. No medications. Backed by a 79% remission rate.
Before accelerated TMS makes sense, it helps to understand standard TMS therapy for depression: a safe, gentle procedure in clinical use since 1994 — more than 30 years worldwide — and FDA-cleared as a transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment for depression in the United States since 2008.
Accelerated TMS is not a day spent in a chair. Each treatment takes exactly ten minutes. Between sessions, the next forty-five belong to you.
You stay awake, seated and comfortable. No anesthesia, no sedation, no recovery time. Ten minutes of precisely targeted stimulation, then you are up and moving.
Work on your laptop on our free Wi-Fi. Answer email. Have lunch. Watch something on one of our TVs — YouTube, Amazon, whatever you like. Step out for a coffee. Read. Sit outside in the sun. Patients use this time however they like — it is genuinely their own.
Ten sessions, start to finish. You arrive in the morning and leave having completed a fifth of the entire course — the equivalent of two weeks of standard TMS in a single day.
Five days like this and your treatment course is complete. Most patients bring a laptop, a book, or simply plan to enjoy the week.
If you have tried multiple medications without success, you are not alone. Accelerated qpTMS™ is designed for those who need a more powerful, direct, fast-acting solution. Recovery from depression in five days is possible.

A clear, guided path — from your first free video consult to the day the clouds part.
Most clinics apply a one-size protocol. We pioneered qEEG-guided TMS in 2012 to personalize and optimize every patient's outcome.
From treatment-resistant depression to a broad range of psychiatric and neurological conditions, our personalized qpTMS™ and advanced neuromodulation therapies provide profound relief where medications and standard care have fallen short.
A non-medication-based practice with three clinics — no longer prescribing medications, making TMS our absolute core focus. Our lead expert trained in TMS at Harvard Medical School in 2003, among the very first in the field.
Every patient is assigned to two doctors. With multiple clinicians and multiple TMS machines on-site, there is zero risk of missing a scheduled treatment — your healing is never delayed or interrupted.
The complete course of 50 accelerated qpTMS™ treatments — including functional qEEG brain imaging and cognitive testing before and after treatment — is $14,995.

Our complete course is $14,995 — 50 accelerated qpTMS™ treatments plus functional qEEG brain imaging and cognitive testing, before and after. Published cost guides place branded SAINT™ protocols at $30,000 to $36,000, with fMRI often billed separately. You are not receiving less treatment for the difference. You are simply not paying for a name.
A trademark protects a name, not a method. Accelerated TMS — multiple short sessions a day across five days, targeted from each patient’s own brain imaging — is published science that any qualified clinic may perform. What is owned is the brand applied to it. A clinic that licenses that brand pays a substantial fee for the right to use the word, and that fee is passed to the patient. It is the same reason a brand-name pill costs several times its chemically identical generic.
We license no branded protocol, so there is no royalty in your bill. We target treatment with qEEG brain mapping performed in our own offices rather than fMRI purchased from an outside imaging center, and we run the cognitive testing ourselves — which is why both are included rather than added.
Consider the arithmetic. Insurers reimburse standard TMS at roughly $250 to $450 per session. A 50-treatment course priced above $30,000 charges considerably more per treatment than the insured rate for the same underlying technology — to patients paying out of pocket, at the point in their lives when they are least able to shop around.
Our clinical director trained in TMS at Harvard Medical School in 2003 and has personalized TMS with qEEG brain mapping since 2012. We have never believed that recovery should be priced according to how badly someone needs it.
Your accelerated TMS treatment for depression is delivered at our Modesto clinic on McHenry Avenue, in the heart of the Central Valley. We also welcome patients at our San Jose and San Ramon offices.
A calm, modern clinical space on McHenry Avenue, in the five-story black glass tower — easy to reach from Highway 99 and central Modesto. Straightforward access and calm surroundings between sessions.
“No side effects” refers to the absence of the systemic side effects associated with medication — weight gain, nausea, sexual dysfunction, emotional numbing, and dependency. TMS is non-systemic; the effects noted above are localized and transient.
